Questions on Box cubes

My previous questions were seeking opinions on what chouette rules should be. This time, I want to know what your chouette rules are.

1) On initial cubes, can the Box cube only some of the Team, or must he turn all initial cubes at once?

1a) If he does not have to turn all at once, are there any rules about who he can/must cube? (e.g., Cube in order, must include Captain, etc)

2) On recubes, same questions
