Local Club Attendance -- an Engagement Index?

I think it's interesting. Haven't seen quite this kind of breakdown before, and I suspect looking closely at attendance statistics can tell you a lot. I think it's also useful to think of it at the player level: How many of the players are regulars, occasional visitors, or one-and-done (come once and never come back). Since each club and region will be different, then you have to think about why you see that breakdown. E.g., if you have a large number of one-and-done players, is it because you're so highly visible that even casually interested people come to check it out, because you're doing a bad job of creating a good experiene for beginners, or because lots of backgammon players from other cities stopped by while in town for other reasons?
