Well,

just a few notes: with zillions of legal checkerplay options like these here, it is quite likely that THE RIGHT play is just cut off from the bot's move filter anyway.

This increases the chances overall that the bot just has no clou of what is going on here anyway.

Second, these positions just didn't appear often during the bot's training period, when the NN was trained. Therefore, the bot's evaluations might be pretty much off the mark.

Especially GnuBG has some very blind spots when it comes to containment AND when the six point is gone / not made.

Well, I am no expert at all and I can't tell you how huge the effects are that I described. But they are definitely there.
