I have wayyyyy more than enough evidence for me to believe he's 110% guilty but I'm not at liberty to share any of that information
How is it that you are at liberty to share the conclusions you draw from the information and not the information itself?
I have to say that I'm still a little bit torn about whether it was a good idea for you to make the post you did, even assuming PJT is guilty and you have strong evidence. Although you're using the term "110%", it sounds like you're not actually totally certain, because if you were totally certain then no possible additional evidence, including anything PJT says, could change your mind. That's what total certainty means. It follows that there must be just enough doubt in your mind that if, for example, PJT were to bring forward powerful evidence that he was framed, then you would change your mind. Given this, and given that you're willing to give PJT some benefit of the doubt, why the rush to convict him in the press? It can only be to prevent him from getting voted a Giant. However, if you cannot publish the evidence at this time, then what you're effectively doing is encouraging people to base their vote on hearsay rather than on evidence. It seems to me that it would be better to wait until the evidence is publicly available. If PJT has already been voted a Giant by that time, it's not too late; the title can be stripped from PJT afterwards and the 33rd person upgraded to the top 32.
One problem with asking PJT to come out and defend himself is that, in the event that he is actually innocent and has been framed, his lawyers may be advising him to remain silent. Trying a case in the press can therefore make it even harder for an innocent person to clear his or her name.
