Needing to vote for 32 is way too much

This does take lots of time and may be a deterent that keeps some players from voting. I very strongly think that players should just vote for their top 10. It is really hard to decide who's 27th or 28th in one's vote for example.

I also think that rather than being forced to vote oneself 2nd, you should be able to vote for yourself, period.

Then all who vote will rank 10 players from 1-10 and leave theirselves out of it.
