and, yes, if you have concerns you should approach the director; several years ago a good-natured popular uproar in Las Vegas forced Howard to move Jona Alexander from the Intermediate to the Championship; he had recently won the LA tournament Championship Division; and, after having been moved up, he made the final match of the Las Vegas Championship
