After carefully reading all posts, my comment is:

Any attempt for a change is good. I tip ma hat to daring people who try someting new. They will always face critics, no matter what, while othgers might embrace the new ideas. Maybe this system needs improvements, but itīs worth to be tried out. The organizers should listen carefully to peopleīs constructive comments and integrate some of the most valuable points.

You never change a thing unless you try !
