Completed RO w/ Jacoby and random seed

This rollout, with Jacoby and random seed, for the same number of trials as my previous two rollouts, gives a result that is more in line with other rollouts. This one is not yet statistically significant, but I'm not sure anything is to be gained from extending it.

It seems clear that 13/8 24/20* is the best play. It also seems clear that something strange is going on, since Neil's rollout using an initial seed of 2 doesn't match my earlier rollout with an initial seed of 2. I'm hoping Xavier can shed some light on this.
