Re-reaching the starting position

What exactly does "mirrored starting position" mean? Does it mean, as the subject line suggests, re-reaching the starting position? Or does it mean reaching a position that is a mirror reflection of the starting position? I.e., the Black and White checkers exchange places? Offhand it seems like it's impossible to achieve the latter with only 6 rolls but I haven't tried.

Hmm, I guess only Henrik can answer that, since he posed the original question. It didn't occur to me that he meant that the checkers exchange places; I thought his term "mirror" was just be a minor quirk of his English.

To be clear, what I am posing in my post is to find the minimum number of rolls to re-reach the identical starting position. As you say, it's hard to imagine exchanging positions of all thirty checkers in four, five or six rolls!
