A rule of thumb I tend to follow is that if I'm not far enough ahead in the pipcount for it to be a pure racing double with no contact, then it's not a cube if you add the contact into the equation. There are exceptions, of course - primes, closeouts and the like, but I'm not seeing it here. Besides, where are the market losers?

Here, blue is 40 pips behind, so I wouldn't hand white the cube even if she can't hand it back.

It's not a bit gammonish, so the take seems really clear since white's raw TP is 17% and I'm fairly sure she has that.
