Non-profit status and the IRS

Just an FYI...

One can claim non-profit status under IRS rules and regs without filing for non-profit status under certain conditions. These conditions include time elements and/or revenue elements.

I believe that the USBGF complied with all applicable laws wherein this was concerned... Both when I ran it and when Perry ran it.
