After running with 62, 63, or 64 the opponent has a blot to deal with and the split has more value because of that. After the 64 run though the blot is easier to deal with having both 6s and 1s to directly safety and non duplicated 54, 43, 32 to make a point. The value of the split is thus less after 64R than after 63R or 62R.
