If I recall correctly, 13/11 wins the rollouts here. (And I won't feel intimidated if Stick or Nack corrects me, if my memory is wrong.)

I think bringing another checker down is better than splitting because (1) we want to try to contain White's last back checker and (2) given that White still has a spare on his 8 point, splitting to the 22 is somewhat dangerous, and (3) is not crucial given that he hasn't done anything yet on his side of the board.
