In Response To: Observations on the Boston Open (Bill Riles)

"in my opinion, if we are going to have rules then the rules should be followed and enforced"

Let's start with the rules that say a single hand is used to move the checkers and the same hand that is used to move the checkers is used for the clock.

I'm getting really tired of watching so many of our game's top players break this rule repeatedly.
