Next year we will use 2 laptops for streaming. (There are no spares, we will have to buy another one as we need both for the entire duration of the tournament.) Multiple instances of OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) streaming to Twitch servers (I tried both 720P and lowering the resolution and bitrate) took out my entire operating system -- and cost me $200 in Lenovo tech support. A single stream was solid, as was extending the (real time) display of the stream to the projection screen.

I'll keep trying with Twitch, but won't dual stream with a single laptop using OBS.
