If I understand your point, it is well taken, but...

If someone wanted to copy the method and take things from there that would be fine with me. I don't have the energy to fight all the nitpicking which would surely surface when people saw their names ranked in the 'wrong place', or missing completely. Also it would need to be updated periodically, etc. I spend about six hours every two years making it. That's enough for me.
