So this was for World Championship and for the Final of it also????? OMG!!

Since i don't know much about rules of these championships from the above you said, i understand that players have the option to touch, move and try things and even take back moves?? Is this real? And is this serious it it's real?????

Players should try the move mentally! And then perform it on the board. Once a checker is touched it has to move(unless there is not any legal move with it). Same as chess. Once it is placed on the board then sorry but you can't take back. This is like cheating. It's like cheating one ply ahead by seeing the position and if you don't like it to take it back.

Awful, awful rule if it's real!

Can anyone provide me with a link with the official rules of these things?
