I'm not a programmer; I'll leave the Nactation coding to you, Matt Ryder and whomever. However, I would like to point out that the reason for the home quadrant exception (most points in inner board outranks hitting) is to prevent board-breaking and other wildly unconstructive plays from sometimes earning capital letters. Above is an example.
Blue has rolled 42. Using the hit/most/6 rule and given the exception that most points in home board outranks a hit, how you do translate his plays listed below into traditional notation?
