Doesn't D refer to 13/8 and d to 13/11 13/10?
No, it is the other way around. D refers to two from the midpoint when possible. 13/8 would be D with 41, since there is no way to play two from the 13pt, when the other side has his midpoint.
Is T allowed when moving to a point that is only two checkers high? I guess it's O.K. here since there's no other plausible interpretation of T in this position.
No, it is not O.K. It has to be at least 3 checkers on a point before you make your play for T to even considered to be a possible way to nactate. T would mean 8/6 with the deuce. But L is O.K 13/11 creates a blot, and then 11/8 Lifts it. Nack prefers d, but would use L if there was a hit on the way to 8pt.
