Luck vs Skill

I'm a little bit irritated about the answers, because IIRC it was discussed before and the was an agreement about it:

- if the two players of equals strength compare against each other it's 100% luck (idealized modell. Assume a bot plays against itself)

- if an Beginner plays against a top bot 25 point matches best of 5 it's 99% skill

So any numer it is xx% is skill luck is simply rubbish if you don't take account the differenz in skill.
