Blue on roll, cube action?

eXtreme Gammon Version: 2.10

Because of the match score and the fact that the cube is already on 4 Blue is considering redoubling this position. He needs to estimate his winning chances so that he can then use his match equity tables to make the correct decision.

So the exam question is this:

What method/formulae would you use to determine Blue's winning chances in this position?
