I like this system.

Cherry picking can be minimized if there is a rule requiring that the next ten matches in a row that you play will be counted, as opposed to picking one, then not picking one, then picking another, and so forth.

Also, should there be a requirement to repeat the feat within a certain period of time (say, 3 months, 6 months, or even a year) in order to remain in the club?
