In Response To: Novi 2014 – Ben Friesen vs. Gary Bauer – Illegal Starting Position (Taper_Mike)

I think the rule used to be the same in Denmark, but was changed to the current "before the starting player has commenced his second turn", so by DBgF rules the game should continue without rectifying the position.
