Baffle Box--A highly prejudiced response

Get one.
Invite your opponents to use it.
If they don't want to use it, ask them if they mind you using it for your own rolls. It will tend to give you protection:
a) Should you neglect to shake your dice and then roll a perfecta.
b) If the dice come out of the cup at different times. The best rule sets here define simultaneous rolling as when one die leaves the cup before the other hits the board. With a baffle box it takes a second for dice to pass through it so - the vast majority of times where dice don't come out of the cup together - the baffle box absorbs this. This avoids undesirable grey areas that can be uncomfortable and awkward for the most ethical of players, and which less scrupulous players may try to take advantage of.
We are entrusted with generating our own random rolls, yet there is usually a conscious, or at least unconscious, desire to roll a GOOD roll, NOT a RANDOM one! Using a box, ideally combined with cups and some shaking, you are doing all you reasonably can to overcome this natural inclination. Providing and encouraging the use of a baffle box for your matches is NOT invidious. (If you only ask some players to use it, that could be.) On the contrary, it is a very ethical stance.
They may decline, perhaps claiming "we trust each other". If they really did trust you so completely, might they not suggest that you personally don't need to use a cup for your own rolls? Of course, that would be modifying the rules, which we should not do - but why is it a rule that we use cups? And why can we insist on lipped ones, and why do we have to shake? The answer is, because - whether players do trust their opponents or not - at the end of the day, WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO. A baffle box fulfills this principle more completely, and more securely, than merely cups alone.
They're also fun!
