Baffle Box--A highly prejudiced response

When I get turned down, my opponents (default) typically don't give reasons, other than "I just don't like them." The rules allow (even encourage) that.

My favorite response is "I like to shake the dice". I then tell them "you can! Just shake and then roll through the box." That doesn't seem to work, either. Every time I've heard that comeback they revert to the default.

I don't mind playing without a box with people who shake and roll vigorously, as the rules require. Unfortunately it's hard to get that rule enforced and it's frequently broken. It's especially annoying when it's broken by someone who has just turned down the option of using a baffle box.
