OK, I see several errors.

1. You don't add 1 for each crossover. You only add 1 for each additional crossover compared to your opponent. So, the count is 66 vs. 71. (That is, if you count the gap on the 4pt, which you probably shouldn't as it will get filled soon.)

2. 69/3=23, not 13. So, the CPW metric in "your case" gives 65, not 75. Well short of double.
