Keith count fails this cube hard

Looking at the position that Stick put up, I used Art Benjamin's modification to the Klienmann count (read his paper at https://www.math.hmc.edu/~benjamin/papers/BackgammonRacing.pdf ) and got 75% wins. I checked with XG++ which says 75.02%.

Knowing what % to double or redouble at can be tricky as it does still depend on the length of the race. Tom Keith says double at 68%, redouble at 71% and pass at 78%. To others agree with Tom's percentages?
