Your adjustment from the 14% to the 12% is way too large. Marty's wins often come all of a sudden (by hopping out and being missed) meaning cube efficiency will likely be low. Additionally the cube power interferes with his gammon price so you can't give a full gammon power along with a full cube power.

Suppose Marty could somehow cube every game that he wins and avoid cubing every game that he loses. This is obviously way more cube power than he has. Ignoring gammons Marty would be risking 8.87% to gain 61.4% which gives a TP of 12.6%.
