Seems a bit nitpicky, Bob Koca. The definition of "presumption of innocence" by the Legal Information Institute is "One of the most sacred principles in the American criminal justice system, holding that a defendant is innocent until proven guilty."

I think that's what I said. In any case, we agree on the broader point if not the finer ones I think.
