We know that the best in the world for sure doesn't mean the best from local area.

This year was the easiest year to vote, I have done it for the first time in fact, we had all the information we need thanks to ChicagoPoint results available and to the BMAB where you could see the PR of players you haven't seen playing. It happened instead a few players from the same geographical area came from nowhere to be in the top 64.
