If you are curious about the exact methodology maybe you should ask Brian or someone from BG Ace. In any case I think there is already more than enough data for everyone to make their own conclusions.
To answer some previous posts - discussing the BG Ace app is just straying away from the topic. Yes, I also don't like their hint feature but I don't see how this justifies what Brian did.
To think they would ban him for just using their regular hint feature is a form of wishful thinking.
