If he did what you said he did, then no, I don't think he cheated at backgammon. He may have cheated BGAce out of money (if the allegations are true), but did not cheat at backgammon.

Also you're mention the data suggesting that he cheated....do you mean that same way the Giants data suggested that someone else cheated???
