Please have a look at the statistics provided by Rick.
His average PR on GridGammon based on 161 experience points (equivalent to 23 7-point matches) is 3,30.
Not a huge sample but more than enough to get a pretty good idea of his PR. You need only 100 exp to become GM-3 and 150 exp to become GM-2 in BMAB. His current online performance would put him among the top 10 players in the world based on the BMAB player statistics.
I propose a bet to you or anyone else who believes this bullshit: if Brian manages to reach under 4 average within the next 2 years of live play I pay you 1000 euros. If he fails to do so you pay me 100 euros. Sounds good?
I don't even require him to reach 3,30, just under 4. So far he's been off by more than 3 PR compared to his online performance, playing at 6,47.
