If the only thing Brian did was use Ace Points on most plays, and played at 1.1 when he would normally pay at 6.5 did he cheat?

If someone only uses Ace Points on the hardest decisions, and plays at 4.5 when they would normally play at 6.5, did they cheat?

If someone uses Ace Points one time per game, and plays at 6.3 when they would normally play at 6.5, did they cheat?

Obviously, the question is "At what point does using Ace Points become cheating?"

Should we ask BackgammonAce to provide a list of everyone who has ever pushed that button, so that we can publicly "out" these cheater on this forum?

Mislav, I really would like to know your answers to these questions.

Again, I don't know whether or not Brian did more than just use Ace Points. But that's what he as said he did, and it's been reported that his speed of play makes consulting a bot highly unlikely. Maybe he accumulated a large number of Ace Points in a way that was not what was intended by the site, and got banned for that. But does that really rise to the level of being named a cheater?
