I couldn't care less HOW he managed to play 1.x and whether he exploited the program by getting unlimited hints or just entered the moves manually. Your claim that one of these scenarios is better than the other is plain wrong. BOTH scenarios are bad and outright cheating.
The fact that remains and that no verbal acrobatics of yours can change is that he played 1.x over a large sample of games on BG Ace.
It's quite clear that as a 6.x live player he couldn't have done it in a fair way. This is clear to any logical human being including people at BG Ace who banned him.
If that alone isn't enough to be qualified as cheating than I don't know what is.
Comparison of his live and Grid Gammon matches provided by Rick strongly suggests that cheating took place in other places as well, not just on BG Ace.
Since you fail to see the obvious there is no point in continuing this fruitless discussion. Enjoy.
