I was using you and me as an example. Is there ANYONE you have played where you would not use their board and dice?

Unless you know the person has a most unsavory reputation, and there are very few, and even fewer in the US, you would not be concerned at all. Same for using their dice roller...but again, it's easy....you can have your dice roller and each uses the other's or you can both roll and each use the dice on the top from each. Or you can get one from the TD or a neutral party. It simply is NOT AN ISSUE any more than dice and boards are an issue.

By the way, even if you play with real dice that are not loaded, there are ways to cheat and affect the rolls.

It's not about honesty and cheating. It's a red herring to worry about this stuff. If you don't want to use an electronic roller, and many don't, and I certainly understand why, then don't. But all these arguments about the dice being fair or a guy hitting the screen in a way that might affect the dice are simply not worthy of argument.
