Opaque dice are far better for streaming and easier to see, and in some lighting situations, it can be very difficult to read the pips on clear dice.

I don't believe there is any evidence to show that clear dice cannot be loaded any less than opaque, if that is the concern.

I virtually always use opaque dice for all of the above reasons. Again, I am not naive about cheating. I have personally learned how to cheat with dice (and cards) so I can recognize if others are doing it, and I watch closely for anything that suggests cheating when I am in tournaments or don't know the people I am playing well. But it's really an over-blown issue.
