What drives me crazy is that the numbers don't seem to make sense once I run it.

They make sense if you remember that the bot is giving you apples and oranges: a "cubeless" breakdown of game outcomes, which add up to a "cubeless" equity which the analysis might not show you (although a rollout should), and a cubeful equity that is the sum of of actual game outcomes, which the bot does not show you.
