MCG's 0.99 PR match

It's too bad this isn't on the link of archived matches. I was going to input it and get it over with. All this discussion of whether it's public or not and getting the players consent who were involved is the PC way of doing things in general. This is MCG and Jeremy we're talking about. I'm speaking for both of them, neither of them give a flying fuck if it's published.
Saying MCG played a 0.99 PR is like pricing in grocery stores. Make everything $.99 instead of a dollar (or the next dollar up) and it is supposed to sell more. If we play a 1.44 or a 1.46 wouldn't we say 1.4 or 1.5 respectively? Just say he played a 1. Listing it as a 0.99 makes me giggle like a 12 year old girl. (Hi Chuck!)
How anyone can be impressed by a match they haven't looked at confuses me. I've said this before in the past and it's not to belittle MCG's accomplishment. I have no idea how good his 1 PR match was yet either. He does, Jeremy does, anyone else who has seen it may know. Until you see how the match went down playing this PR or that PR means little. It's quite possible that I could look at one of MCG's matches where he played a 3 PR and think "shit, for that tough of a match a 3 PR is genius" whereas I could look at another match of MCG's where he played a 3 PR and think "shit, for that easy of a match a 3 PR is Rory-esque".
As I mentioned in another thread, with this type of format the PRs should be a lot lower esp. for the best players than we may be used to seeing.
