Maybe but it isn't clear if the equity lost is balanced by the equity gained. It could be that the effects are very marginal either way. Have you tried to quantify these effects in any way? Your 6th point is quite apt. It would be interesting if XG or another program could compute an alternative pr based on actual cost of errors in match equity terms rather than normalising the equity into equivalent money game terms.
