That is completely a legitimate advantage just like being a good height or having good eyesight or any number or natural traits is an advantage. And since he worked at it it isn't even really a natural advantage.

On top of that, he created a new type of game plan with the heaviest top spiniest balls you've ever seen"

Since not everyone does that I will guess it took great skill. Completely legitimate advantage. Except I wonder why he is allowed to use a spiny ball so maybe I could give you this one.
