Create and keep track of ProAm master points. Add them into lifetime master points.

Rob Maier suggested this a very long time ago, as some of you who were in our Novi meeting may recall.

It will create demand for the ProAm event - it wouldn't surprise me if field of 32 filled up at larger tournaments.
