Problem with rule 1.6 Communications

UK (BIBA)Language. The official tournament language is English. Speech in any other language will not be permitted at any time between players and/or spectators whilst a match is in progress.
Denmark (DBgF)The official tournament language in international tournaments are English and Danish. In national tournaments the official tournament language is Danish. Between players and/or spectators it is not permitted, so long as a match is in progress, to speak in languages other than those named.
Sweden (SBGF)The official languages ​​at a competition or tournament is decided by the tournament leadership. Any other language will not be permitted between the players and spectators, or between spectators while a match is in progress.
Norway (NBgF)The official languages in international tournaments are Norwegian, Swedish, Danish and English. In national tournament the official language is Norwegian. While a match is in progress players and spectators may only use the offical language(s).
Italy(CNB)The official tournament languages are Italian and English. During a match, players and spectators are not authorized to speak languages other than the official ones.
Monte Carlo World ChampionshipThe official language of international tournaments is English. While a match is in progress players and/or spectators are not permitted to speak in anything but the official language, English.
