Why bother?

In Response To: Why bother? (Rod)

in the "Pool" world the World Champion isnt clear either at any given time its one of a few different people based on tourney results or gambling results or general opinion on the rail(spectators).

IMO wether it's basket ball, chess, BG, pick-up sticks or pool, its not that important. I personally know a few of the top pro's in pool, am family to the "Player of he decade"-a voted title, to him its important an a honor, but it kinda ends there.
