I Totally Support Chiva's New Clock Rule

I applaud Chiva's new clock rule. Unfortunately, it is necessary. It is easy to understand and implement and it is totally fair.

What does Chiva do about players who are nowhere to be found when their matches are supposed to begin?

Here is a remarkable coincidence: One of my opponents this year was roughly 20 minutes late showing up to start his match. Can you believe the same player took a 20 minute break in the same match? Then he tells me our match has to be interrupted so he can play his doubles match. I guess he must be a very busy man with lots of stuff to do.
