Beware the Eights

How should Blue play 63R-33? These are the relevant factors David presented in this thread:
  • Hit, of course.
  • Move in pairs; make two points.
  • Defense is not urgent when opponent opens 63R.
  • From the bar, White has few good eights, so don’t give him any. Even 44, normally a devastating roll in the early going, is demoted from joker status to being merely a good roll for White.
There is only one play that satisfies all of these criteria.
