I don’t understand where Stick is coming from. If I do not have the wit to play as well as my supposed superior opposition, where’s the wit to come from to realise that this is where I need to get it right. Many errors are made because the mindset is up the swanny. In this position the game is up. White will win with a gammon, match over. (An exaggerated prognoses maybe.) If blue sits passively the axe will fall for sure. This is the time to react and prepare for maybe an advanced anchor or something else just as interesting. We need to try and save the gammon. You gotta play the runners. Going to the head of the prime is living dangerously with 25 rolls that make the point for white together with the power of the prime and the spares 24/22 the 5 plays itself.

Another cube problem or is it. Lesser mortals would get it correct by default perhaps , the thinkers maybe not. Without going into great detail it is obvious that White has a reasonable winning chance. This is not the moment to put the match on the line. The dice will decide this one.

Hey a while back blue was in a losing position maybe on the day playing to the head of the prime was correct, thats why we all play. It would be nice if Stick could afford the time to fill them text boxes in .
