its will be a very long time before i will be able to give up any weight in BG.

3 to 2 on the $$ is a huge price, i had a guy who plays pool a hair better than me give me that once. i'd win 2 games lose 2 games and was robbing the guy. He got so rattled I was playing better and then I had to stall(play bad intentionally) to keep him in the game. There was no chance he could out run that game.

I'm not sure in BG with the variance of the dice its possible to lay 3/2, over the long run I don't think that could be out ran.

What I think could be a better way to handicap is say for example the strong player starts 11A and the weak player starts 9A in a 11 pt match, That's how some pool games are handicapped "games on the wire". This way after 5 or 10 matches the players can look at the final scores and determine how big of a impact the 2pt "Spot" made it a = match or closer to it.
