Headphones in Backgammon?

With all the extraneous noise at a tournament, and several players being total assholes in trying to talk to you during the match, headphones shouldn't be banned, they should be required. If they do make them illegal, however, the shit talk you hear from my mouth should effectively overturn the bans within hours. Ask Mike Corbett when he asked and got a director's ruling for me to not wear my headphones.
