First I would try to figure out the take point. If White drops they are 7a 2a. If they take it's for the whole burrito. So their take point is what their chances are at 7a 2a which I believe is in the neighborhood of 15%, or just under. Next I'd try to determine if it's a double and/or a take for money. I believe the take point for money here is almost 25% since there is such little recube opportunity and at three checkers against three checkers 12 pips or less is always a double and a take at an even pip count or better. White has three more pips here so, if an even count is around 25% then I'd guess their chances here are around 19%. Double/take.
